Terms of use

These terms apply to the TrueTurn website and app, operated by TrueTurn (company name to be added).

The service

TrueTurn helps you design and print labels for rifle scope turrets from information you provide. You are responsible for the measurements and ballistic data you enter, and for checking every label on a safe range before use.

No guarantee of point of impact

Ballistic results depend on your rifle, ammunition, scope and conditions. TrueTurn does not guarantee where a shot will land. Use the service at your own risk and always follow the firearm laws where you shoot.

Accounts

Keep your login safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions

A full rifle licence costs ZAR 279 once, paid through PayFast. It covers one rifle profile in your account and does not expire. Changes to that rifle are free. Deleting the rifle profile does not refund the licence.

Printed labels

Printed labels are made to your design. See our refund and shipping policy for details.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayFast. We never see or store your card details. Prices are charged in ZAR, our billing currency, and include VAT where applicable. If you pay with a card in another currency, your bank converts the amount.
